But but they scored garbage points at the end and were on onside kick and 8 points away from tying us at home!
Rewatch the game, we were tied late in the third qtr about to score when a pass hit one of our freshman WR's right in the hands and bounced off for an INT.
Which giving you credit you turned into a huge TD that changed the game, but to call that anything more than a really tight game that came down to the last possession is ignorant.
Your 2013 win over us was domination, give you that one.

Better teams play in much tougher bowl games. Bama in the Sugar Bowl and Playoff and Auburn 2 years ago in the National Title game and Ole Miss in a New Years 6 this year.
While your bowl opponents have graced the Texas, Liberty, Music City and Chick Fil A Bowl pre-promotion status.
I think those lists accurately show the gap in our West schedules the past two years.
If only we had common opponents in the East and played head to head.
Oh we did?
Oh 2014 MU 5-2 UT 3-4 common opponents
Oh 2013 MU 5-2 UT 2-5 common opponents

Domination??? Being a bad missed offside call on an onside kick away giving TN a chance to tie the game late is domination?
What the hell do you call what UGA did to you then?
That close to a possible home tie huh. Wow!

Watch the game one more time. Mizzou dominated every aspect of that game. Tennessee got a TD late to make it look respectable.

We were much better than Tennessee this year. We dominated them head to head and had a much better record.
You won by 8 points, and had the refs call 2 bullshite penalties on onside kicks. Did I mention that we were also missing our best player & team captain due to an allegation of a crime that it's now appearing he had NOTHING to do with?
You dominated us? GET THE frick OUT OF HERE WITH THAT bullshite.
You won, congrats, but this blatant lying is why Mizzou will continue to receive the disrespect that it so richly deserves.

Losing by a touchdown is not being "dominated." Don't really know how else you can spin it

Some of your fans on here cling to the "Big 6" anything less than a national title is unacceptable.
At least you are clinging to Vandy-like bad refs, missing player excuses.

Ole Miss hangs banners for division championships, maybe ya'll should start?

Not getting in the middle of the "domination/not domination" but they got the calls right.

They got the 2nd call right, not the first.

Hopefully the refs won't screw you guys out of trying to score 16 points in the last 2 minutes again in Columbia this year or it will be 0-4 against us. But I guess this year is when Josh Dobbs is going to light us up after his first two years of creating one TD against us.

Can't play 7 games against the East when there is only 6 other teams. I contend if Missouri had TN's W schedule the past two years you would have gone 5-3 both years in the SEC. Evidence points to that as two of the teams you played in the Title game and got curb stomped both times (since you think 8 points is domination I guess 17 is destruction).
Lucky for you that didn't happen and you have your two lucky division titles!

Counted Alabama this year and Auburn the year before. Losses for both our teams.

We scored 14 points in 2 minutes in the other Columbia. And that time the refs actually helped us, believe it or not.

Last time I checked, football is a team sport?

Imagine if you had them on your regular season schedule. YOu would have taken those arse whoopings in the season, sustained the injuries and fatigue that comes from playing top West teams and probably would have had losing records.
Lucky the SEC offices did you favors.

This is really simple.
Missouri happened into the SEC at the ideal time. Doesn't matter if Missouri fans can see it or not but it is true.
They won the SECE 2 years in a row but were very fortunate especially in 2014 with Georgia blowing it. Georgia destroyed Missouri about as bad as it gets in 2014. Georgia was really the better team.
Missouri has probably had the easiest schedule not just the east but the entire SEC.
Missouri has been better than Tennessee since they arrived. Will that continue? We will see.
They will always be a tough team to play and will win some and lose some.
They will not recruit with the bigger name schools.
They will not win the SECE consistently.

in some ways, yes we did, as TRUERockyTop says and I have saved for posterity, our Dline pretty much "blew you up all night long".
I like you Vols&Shaft, you're usually a pretty reasonable poster for tRant. I don't disagree that you are getting better, but do you think the Gatahs are not going to get better at some point soon? What about tOBC, can't his defense get better? I wouldn't bet against him winning another div before he retires. UGA isn't going away any time soon, you have to know that much. Mizzou just had the best recruiting class we have ever put together, does that not meet your or anyone's definition of improvement, and whose to say our new DC won't be as good as any of the new coordinators hired this year?
We all lose important players at some point for some reason, it's the SEC and if you aren't getting better you are falling behind, that adage is truer here than anywhere.

Imagine if seven of your ten conference victories the last five seasons were against Kentucky and Vandy, but you still thought your team would be elite every season.
