Agree, even if I thought ours are better they're not "far superior".

Will Alabama bring over 12K fans to the game?

The visitors sections will be full. There will be bama fans like myself speckled throughout the stadium that have a hookup in LA, and probably abother 5K that come without a ticket. I'm looking forward to a hell of a time

The OP keeps knocking LSU. Look, it's this simple: Miss State is undefeated, but ranked only #11. Why? Because, they have no signature wins. If, for some crazy reason, MS State were to beat Bama this week, then that "Signature" win would catapult them up the polls. That one win over Bama gives them instant credibility in the pollsters eyes.

The same thing goes for Florida. They are ranked at #2, not because they beat an "average" LSU, but because they beat a highly ranked, highly respected LSU. Therefore, why would any Florida fan or an MSU fan (if by some crazy reason they did beat Bama) say that that the one opponent that gives them their "signature" win, and all the glamour that they are currently getting, is average, at best? That makes zero sense.

I will more than likely be annoyed by the amount of Bama fans there

Like we told y'all in 2010, it wouldn't be much fun if we didn't show up. It's just a fall scrimmage in that case

If Bama's O line can give AJ protection I think Bama wins this one by 10. If they can't then it will be much like the GOTC and will come down to who can make the critical play, and that advantage may go to LSU at home

All BS aside this Bama team is as good as any team I remember in the last 15-20 years. Scary good.

No one may have enough to beat them, but LSU is one of only 2-3 teams in the country that has a chance. Not probable but possible.

LSU has played several tense 4th quarters, a time Alabama has games under control and is emptying the bench. If the game is close late maybe the situation favors LSU.

14-6 is a beatdown? All we have to do is convert that turnover we got inside their 5 witha TD not a field goal and Jarvis Landry to not drop that deep pass and we win the game. To say nothing of them getting one of their TDs when we had LBs go out on back to back plays.

This game will come down to play calling. If Miles decides he wants to grow a pair again then the game could go either way. If we call the same conservative plays we've been calling all year then Bama wins going away. I'm not sure what Les will do either. This is exactly the type of game he pulls out some crazy plays that work. If we play to not lose the game than we lose.

LMMFAO! Bama has played no one. How the hell would you know? The only team Bama has played is Michigan, who is currently ranked #22 in the BCS. Alabama may beat LSU, but to make this comment is ridiculous. The first test comes this weekend against Miss St.

No one needs to minimize the fact the LSU has the bye week while bama is playing a relatively worthy opponent who generally plays them pretty tough. Small things here and there can make huge differences in tight games like the one in two weeks

Other than their D and RBs. LSU is average at best.

A one-score victory on your home field against a team decimated by injuries and you call them average. Got news for you Gator, your team deserves more respect than that. The Gators came up with a great effort to garner that one score victory. If the two play again this year, don't count on all the injuries and other breaks(turnovers and penalties) you got the first time; not to mention the nearly 2-1 TOP that wore down the defense. I think the Gators are very deserving to be number one. Don't cut down your own team by downgrading an opponent you defeated by one score on your home field.

UF is above average. They have a great coach who can adjust.

Lets pump the brakes on the great coach talk. Hes doing a good job in yr 2 but lets see if he can sustain it like the great coaches do.
Also LOL at a florida fan saying lsu only has a D and rbs. What exactly is above avg about floridas team besides their D and rb?

Bama has far superior LBs, DBs, QB, WRs, coach, etc. You haven't played anyone but you always outcoached and outplayed the opp. LSU hasn't done that. They have struggled just to beat bad teams.

Ummmm...Didn't UF struggle to beat LSU, or did I miss the 35-0 blowout?

If the LSU rushing offense had played the way it did the following 2 weeks with the help of a much-improved OL, there's at least a fair chance UF would have lost. To their credit, they didn't.

Just my .02

LSU has plenty of horses.
Just drive down Brightside toward River Road and you can see them roaming out on the pasture.
