1998 is the last time you won the SEC, too. You've won nothing this century.

Some of Mississippi State's mascots (Bully) are buried in our football stadium. Our very first one was buried beneath a sideline bench on the 50 yard line.
One year right before the Egg Bowl, Ole Miss frat boys kidnapped Bully, painted him red and blue and turned him loose during the game.

Unfortunately they used toxic lead-based paint, and the poor guy had to be put down.

Dog-killing scum.

On the day of Auburn's first football game in 1892 against the University of Georgia, the aged eagle broke away from his master during the game and began to circle the field, exciting the fans. But at the end of the game, with Auburn victorious, the eagle fell to the ground and died. In 2010,

Wiki

Obviously the eagle dropped dead of a heart attack because he couldn't believe Auburn beat Georgia in a football game. Explains why their eagles live such long lives today.

Said no Tennessee fan in 23 years.

In the last 20 years Tennessee has had 9 losing records. Not break even. Not winning records.....losing.

That's with having 4 easy OOC games, Kentucky and Vanderbilt on their schedule every single year. You should be able to split 50/50 without really trying, but not UT.

We’ve buried a lot of Auburn Tigers this century at both stadiums.

The difference between 1998 and 1980 is splitting the hair on a bulldog's arse
