Marshal Henderson was constantly jawing at players, refs, coaches, fans, basketballs, the hoop, the voices in his head, and anyone or anything else he laid his eyes on.

Ron Artest, infamous for the Malice in the Palace, is another headcase who certainly seemed to always be involved in drama. Or should I call him Metta World Peace? Wait, didn’t he change his name a third time? It is confusing. And certainly not a sign of some underlying mental issue.

I don’t watch much Auburn basketball. The last three games I have watched were the game Saturday, their game against Duke, and the Yale game. In two of those three the same guy got called for flagrant fouls. One got him ejected and the other one fouled him out. Add to that a confrontation with fans and the fight on the Auburn plane and I guess I have pretty negative perception of him.
I don’t need to tell you this - just coz he got thrown out 2/3 games you watched doesn’t imply he gets thrown out 66% of the time… And he was not among the two guys who fought on the plane…

I just looked and saw he has only fouled out of two games this season and averages 2.6 fouls/game. That surprises me. Obviously he doesn’t always play as emotionally or out of control as he did in two of of those three games I watched.

Never mind, forget I complimented your posts. I just went and skimmed your last 20 and cane away disappointed. All that time just wasted. Your username is appropriate.

Coming from you? That is compliment, fricker. You wouldn't know a good post if it kicked you in the taint.

Who do you think fouls more as a team Auburn, Tennessee, or Alabama?

Why would I do that when you waded in here, ignored my question, and instead had a little name calling tantrum? Why do you think I would care what you think or care what you want?

But have a great day. I am sure you will spend it here.

I’m sure SOMEBODY keeps that stat info.
Just listen to MLB : “the last time they had 2 men on in the 4th with 2 outs leading by 3 with the game being played on a Wednesday, the temp. 74*, & I had a blueberry muffin for breakfast was back in ____. Now, when I had eggs & bacon for breakfast & the rest was true occurred in _____”.

Reminds me of that cartoon where Daffy Duck was selling insurance to Porky Pig & it had all these specific stipulations for it to be effective & the punchline “& 1 baby zebra!”.

And any player who gets into a jawing match with fans until he has to be separated by a ref should be t’d up for unsportsmanlike conduct. It was a bad look for everyone involved and seems to have gotten as much attention afterwards as the game.
Jesus. CBM actually looked like the adult in that situation. He threw his hands up and asked why the shoved him. They flipped out.

The NCAA keeps track of fouls per team, fouls per game, and foul outs/DQs. But damned if I can find anything on flagrants. The foul stats are interesting but don’t really reveal much other than SEC refs LOVE to blow their whistles and call fouls. I consider Tennessee one of the more physical teams in the SEC. But they get called for the least number of fouls.

Fouls (rank nationally), fouls per game and DQ’s. Ranked lowest to highest fouls/game.

1. Tennessee: 379 (24th), 14.6, 4
2. South Carolina: 399 (107th), 16.0, 10
3: Georgia: 415 (108th), 16.0, 7
4: Arkansas: 405 (125th), 16.2, 3
5. Florida: 411 (126th), 16.4, 5
T6: LSU: 422 (185th), 16.9, 7
T6: MSU: 422 (185th); 16.9, 7
8: TAM: 423 (187th), 16.9, 7
9: Vandy: 426 (195th), 17.0, 7
10: Missouri: 429 (207th), 17.2, 3
11: Kentucky: 431 (213th), 17.2, 7
12: Texas: 450 (217th), 17.3, 2
13: Ole Miss: 462 (247th), 17.8, 5
14: Oklahoma: 453 (284th, 18.1, 8
15: Auburn: 455 (289th), 18.2, 7
16: Alabama: 462 (309th), 18.5, 7

My two take aways is that there is not a correlation between a teams record and number of fouls they commit. And DAMN do SEC referees like to blow the whistle. Only one team in the top 100. Eleven teams 185th or worse.

You could start a whole board with just the names I have called you Harry. If you want to copy and paste all the names everyone here has ever called you over the years they will need an additional server.

I think Wade Taylor has 3 or 4 so far. 2 against horn, one earlier in the year? I’d be curious to know too.
