I like Arkansas, but SEC fans downplaying OU are also fooling themselves.
Despite 6-6, the SEC gains a true blue blood program.
OU sports all around are solid. Softball and gymnastics are elite, fans travel well, College Softball World Series in OKC, lots of football history, OKC is bigger than Little Rock.

Oklahoma is a western state. You have literal mesas and sand dunes in your state, and share a border with New Mexico and Colorado.

Wrong, Oklahoma is where the west meets the southeast.
West Oklahoma is definitely western, east and south eastern Oklahoma are definitely southern, north and north east Oklahoma are borderline midwest.

Anything West of the Mississippi river isn't East.
Anything that doesn't even border the River on the East side of the state is sure as frick not in the East.

Arkansas is one of my least hated SEC schools, especially since they hired Pit Boss.
