Welcome to the SEC. Mizzou had it easy when the East was down. Now that things are returning to the norm,

The only thing that changed is we no longer have Gary Pinkel as our head coach.

Gary Pinkel was a great coach, he had success long before those 2 SEC East titles. He had success at a school that doesn’t put nearly as much money into their program as some of the other SEC schools. He did pretty damn good in the Big 12 and the SEC with what he had. I hate it when people try to take away from another mans achievements.

Call me bias, but that’s my 2 cents

Yea. Tennessee has a month from Sept. 22nd until the end of October that goes:

Florida...home
Georgia...away
Auburn....away
Alabama...home
South Carolina....away.

Pretty tough stretch for a first-year coach and staff.

It's hard for them to stomach that a former Big 12 team could come in and not only compete with the big, bad SEC, but win a division so soon. They take alot of pride in their arrogance so they need a narrative to justify this.

Auburn plays:

at georgia
Liberty (only easy one)
at bammer
Neutral site vs Florida in the SECC game

THEN....

quit your bitching.

You also have Vandy, Kentucky, and Tennessee on permanent rotation. Alabama rotates off of your schedule.

You're going to shite on Vandy/Kentucky/Tennessee and pretend you aren't the Vandy/Kentucky of the West?

You have a bye between the Georgia and USC game... not that tough. Just be glad you aren't in the West if you think that is tough.

2 Byes comparatively speaking. No offense, Cocky but you just don't measure up just yet.

Playing the 2 teams that were in the National Title game isnt that rough?

Yea playing Ole Miss, Arkansas, and A&M would be a lot tougher

Mizzou would lose to OM and A&M rather handily.

Mizzou plays Memphis after that 3 game stretch, and will lose to them at home.

Yes you competed in the east. Now, tell us the scores when you met the west champ in the SECCG.

USC is just smokes and mirrors IMO. Are they better than Mizzou? Yes. But they aren't as good as people make them out to be. Their only good win last year may have been vs NC State, and that was week 1.

They are probably looking at another 8-9 win season as Tennessee and Florida are still down. But they are no "murderer's row" type of team.

When Florida and Tennessee literally dominated this Conference back in the 90s ... you never saw Georgia or SC fans, or Kentucky or Vandy fans, dickriding the East. It was unheard of, against nature, unmanly, dishonorable. Only transvestites and gays would dickride ... not true Southern Gentlemen.

I seem to recall Florida, Tennessee, and Kentucky doing exactly that when the SEC East was better in basketball and got tired of having to play a SEC West team in the championship game. It was exactly why they voted to do away with the eastern and western division in basketball. But nice try.

Are you an Auburn or Alabama fan?

Or you just another West division bottom feeder sucking on the teet of successful programs?
