It hasn't been brought up by AD's in a while but we actually have trouble scheduling decent OOC teams for some reason.

We're kind of a team that if say like Iowa or Michigan State beats us, they don't really gain a lot from it, but if we beat them they lose a bit of face.

We won't win the East unless Georgia has a lot of tough injuries..and even then Florida is probably more likely. I think the goal should be to win 10 games and the bowl game.

I looked into my crystal meth and saw a fair-to-middlin' season. We'll likely lose a couple we shouldn't, pitchforks and torches will be sold out in local stores...but then we'll win a couple and Barry will be saved in the nick of time.

No. At best they’re a rung or two below Florida and Georgia.

UGA has a VERY difficult 4 week stretch, a stretch where they could go 2-2.

MIzzou can win the east, but its simply because of schedule.

Georgia, Florida, and Missouri will clearly be the front runners. I'd say chances of anyone else winning it would be under 3 percent.

That being said...I think they certainly have a shot. Especially if say Fromm gets hurt...or UF has injuries on defense were depth is lacking.

This is the one true answer.

Missouri is the only football program that can beat Arkansas in the "we are cursed" sweepstakes.

these past 3-4 years (and June) have taught me that there’s no such thing as a curse. Mizzou has come close to playing for a NC twice and has played for the conference title four times in different leagues in 12 years. They can and should break through at some point.

Wyoming won 7 games last year, WV is always a solid team, and troy can hang with the big boys a lot of the time. Bashing our OOC is fine, but this aint the year to do it.

I agree. I think georgias the clear front runner and us and Florida will be fighting for second place in the east. Missouri right behind us.

I think Missouri's not to be overlooked. Thankfully, we have you Between the Hedges this year.

Mizzou will barely finish over .500 this year. Jelly Bryant will be pissed he chose Mizzou.

You want this to be true so desperately bad because then it gives you legitimacy for losing to us (pretty badly) over the past 2 seasons You should watch how you talk about Kelly Bryant, before you know it he will be lighting you up. You may have a lil more pre-season hype, but that is nothing new... If that really mattered you would NEVER lose to us.

That is the curse at work. It is building you up for a crowning moment of agony.

My east predictions

1. Georgia
2. Florida
3. Missouri

So yea I guess they have a chance. If they have Florida’s number and Georgia slips up twice it could happen. I would give it like a 6% chance.

If the post-season ban holds they'll win the East. That's just the way the football gods roll.
