No excuse for losing to LSU. None. That is the real reason you aren't in.

Sorry...No. Feel your pain...Yes!

Nick has pulled out victories against LSU twice since 1-9-2012. We had them beat in 12 and 14 and like a Phoenix they rose from the ashes of defeat to win anyway. And everytime it was a textbook comeback expending every resource he had and could only have been done that one way...

I won’t lie, I do kind of feel bad for how eerily similar the ending to this game was to the title game. I know that’s got to hurt.
But simultaneously, I think UGA fans are kind of used to it by now and have taken the L pretty well from what I’ve seen, and have been super complimentary of Jalen, and wished Tua a speedy recovery.
Only thing is, I really do believe the fake punt had no bearing on the outcome and that Jalen and the rest of the Bama offense would still have been able to move the ball. The call might have been dumb on Smart’s part, but that’s not what caused UGA to lose.
UGA played better than Bama for the majority of the game and I do believe they are one of the top 4 teams at the end of the day. So I’m sorry for that much. But I also do understand the committee’s argument and how much hell would have been raised had Oklahoma not gotten in. It makes sense for UGA to drop 1 spot after a loss and OU to move up after avenging their only season loss in a conference championship game, and that’s what happened.

If you win in 2012 Richt doesn't get fired or at least buys himself more time sending a new chain of events in motion. Last year never happens. 2012 had to happen for last year to happen. and this year is still completely up in the air. there are good teams in the playoffs. we don't know who will win. if Georgia had won yesterday there's a good chance they could have had to play Alabama again

No. You guys think you have arrived when in fact your coach is terrible at in-game adjustments.

He's a great game planner and a great recruiter, but Saban owns him with the in-game adjustments. The last two games are evidence of that.

I foresee a lot of really good or great seasons where you guys fall just short because of this..

No. If Kirby hadn't shite the bed against fricking Ed Orgeron y'all would be playing December 29th.

Sorta. I don't think you should've been left out of the play off if its based on the 4 best teams.
But, you failed to win. Its your fault you haven't won anything, so I cant feel bad for you

I don't know about that. They dominated Oklahoma last season in the second half.

I think that’s why georgia losing is so funny, there has never been a fanbase expend as much energy explaining to the rest of us how they’ve arrived and are the new bama, the next juggernaut, running this shite now, etc as this version of georgia. it’s literally all they talk about, and yet, here we are yet again, the same old song and dance. they want it to be true soooooooooooo badly.

it’s just really really funny looking down on this from a bama perspective and seeing them fail time after time, i gotta admit.

spoiler alert: it’s never gonna happen.

Yep.

Halftime adjustments aren't a problem for Kirby normally.

It's adjusting on the fly and adjusting to new styles while the game is going on that has been.
