When you never been a DC in the FCS or FBS, you need as much jelp as you can. I would go after a Bob Shoop or a P5 ex defensive coordinators. I guess some programs are so trashy that they have to go to the FCS level.

No kidding man. We had to go out and find a LB coach from William and Mary to revamp our offense in 2019. What a disaster.
