Again, I am an Alabama fan. I am going by ESPN encyclopedia, which began in 1936. I was using this number because it's the lowest of all listings. So again I'm saying Alabama has 10 which means it has more than Auburn, LSU, Tennessee, Georgia , Ole Miss, Kentucky, Missouri, Texas A&M, Miss. St., South Carolina, and Vanderbilt combined. Pretty impressive.
1936-2014 =78 years think about this. If Alabama quit playing football tomorrow and finished with 10 in 80 . Auburn has 2 in 80. That would mean it would take Auburn 400 years at the rate they are presently at to tie Alabama.
Its like Alabama landed on the moon while Auburn just stepped off the mayflower.

Rose Bowl Championships were considered National Championships by most during that era of football. The only people that say Bama isn't deserving of claiming those Rose Bowls as titles are arse hurt SEC fans trying to poke holes and win moral victories. But it makes you look like a giant insecure pussy.

I do. We did pretty well. 6 10+ win seasons, 5 SECCG appearances, 2 SEC championships, and 1 national championship.

One of the best overall decades in Bama football history.

You talking about the season where we beat 10 teams on the field? Was still a good year.

Well in that case, we have 11 SEC titles.

fricking bullshite. Rose bowls were not national titles dumbshit Gump. Just goes to show how pitiful gumps really are when they claim. Rose bowl titles when bama was the 8th or 9th team invited after all the top teams in the country said no thanks.

Also goes to show UA has always been a shitty university whose football team is all that mattered. Some things never really change.

Maybe Alabama could play Dartmouth. The winner gets 1925?

I don't care if we were the 20th pick , because they sure didn't ask Alabama Poly (Auburn) to the Rose Bowl .

1925 Alabama allowed 7 pts during the regular season.
They were pretty much unanimous choice. Google 'National championships' and look under Wikipedia.
41 is bogus but 66 we got railroaded.
If you disallow championships that were shared back in the early years you wouldn't have to disallow all of them because every year it was like that until 36 when the AP started.

You're a dumbass. Why don't you tell us about how Auburn got shafted in 1983.

Better yet, why don't you explain to the forum why an undefeated Alabama team who won the Rose Bowl against the team who Tulane turned down an opportunity to play against because they didn't think they could compete with them (Washington) isn't deserving to claim a National Championship for said year. Go ahead.
