It's not that hard to understand why their attention is focused more on beating Bama. Bama is the premier football program in the SEC. It is only logical that the newcomers would want to go after the big dog to earn their respect. It's kind of like what they say to newcomers in a prison. You find the biggest, baddest SOB in the prison and go after him, so hopefully the others won't mess with you. Since Bama is the biggest and baddest football program in the SEC, they want to prove themselves by beating us. Seems logical to me.

They ain't knock crap out. It's not like they knocked us out of the BCSCG. They definitely punched us in the nose, I'll give them that. But they haven't knocked us out by any stretch of the imagination.
Just look at all of the pub that they got for punching us in the nose. I doubt they would've gotten near the air play for beating LSU or UF. Heck, beating Bama probably won JFF the Heisman. If they can beat the premier football program again, they will have solidified their spot at the top tier of the SEC.

Now this is why the rest of the world hates you. I'm sure his Heisman had nothing to do with having over 5,000 yards of total offense or becoming only the 4th player in history to have 20+ tds rushing and passing. It was all due to the Alabama game.

Breaking former Heisman records usually gets you plenty of attention. I do however, think the bama game was what allowed voters to vote for a freshman.

I agree. Rg3 won the Heisman in 2011 despite losing 3 games, 2 of them being blowouts.
