No fricking shite, but it's a long shot to say Alabama OWNED LSU. If 85 doesnt end with a tie and LSU wins, the series would of been tied. If 1 game's outcome being different means a tieing record for a decade, then I hardly think that was "owning".

not struggling, but not sure bear bryant teams went 12 years with only 1 SEC Title....could be wrong...in addition, over the past 30 years you have won 3 NC's.....and 4 SEC Championships.... In that same period, LSU has won 2 NC's and 6 Sec Titles.
Also, over that same period of time, the series is 15-15-1. (the extra game the 2011 champ)
Now, to put it bluntly, to most people on this site, this is their entire lifetime. Again, Alabama once dominated LSU.....that is not the case over the past 3 decades.

Anybody can play this game. For instance:
When Bama wins it all this year, Bama will have 3 national championships, 2 SEC championships, 2 undefeated seasons, 3 undefeated regular seasons in 5 years. We will also have beaten LSU 4 times in 5 years. That would make Bama the unquestioned dominant team in college football.
See how easy that is?

Alabama once beat LSU on a yearly basis in the 70s. until around 82. It will never happnen again gumps. You simply can not cheat at recruiting the way Bryant's drunk arse could now a days and get away with it. Ya'll tried it for a while got caught twice and finally toned it down a bit. Enjoy the arse whipping you will recieve in BR this year.

Yeah, you'd think a "dynasty" shouldn't have to rely on an upset no one saw coming to even get them to the national title game. You'd think a "dynasty" would take care of business when the ball is in their court.
