Alabama losses @ Tennessee and LSU. DeBoer seat starting to get warm that’s why he’s yelling like a lunatic on the side line!

If a 3 loss team is going to make the playoffs, it's guaranteed to be Alabama.

If we lose the SECCG closely, yes

What is Tennessee's best win at this point? What is LSU's best win at this point?

Alabama has given two teams their only loss and lost by 3 to the current #1 team.

There is still a lot of football to be played but Alabama's wins are as good as or better than anyone else and they are a single loss team with the best loss of anyone.

A 3 loss Alabama made the playoffs last year.
They proceeded to get smoked 38-8 by Indiana.

I know this is just a retarded troll but I'm on record saying any three-loss SEC team should make the 12-team playoff barring some crazy turn of events, and they would if we were using the old computers. But we are not, we are using a system that was explicitly deigned to cap SEC teams in the post season.

I think it also depends on how many other 2 or 3 loss SEC teams are vying for spots.
I think there are going to be several 2 loss SEC teams for sure, possibly even three.

3 losses in the regular season, virtually no chance.

3rd loss in the SEC championship, lock to be in

Does 4 or 5 loss LSU accept a bid to the Pop Tart Bowl?

No, UNLESS 2 of those losses are to UGA (one in the SECCG)

3 regular season losses eliminates them

It looks very unlikely that he’ll lose either, and certainly not both

But even if he does, his seat won’t even get “warm”

Alabama losses @ Tennessee and LSU

In this scenario, absolutely not. They made it with 3 losses last year becuase they had a big signature win (UGA) and made/lost the SECCG.

In the scenario youv'e described they woudl have 3 losses while NOT making the SECCG, and their big signature win on the year would be...Kentucky I guess?
