We held shaw and Murray to under 200 yards. Shaw was closer to 150 actually...
Mizzou has the worst Pass D in the SEC.
They only have wins over good teams that were not at full strength (UGA, UF).
Mizzou just lost to a team we beat.
"UT hasn't won on the road this year" Yeah @#1 @#2 and @ a full strength Florida.
I don't see why any Mizzou fan would just concede that ya'll are going to destroy us. This will be a good game.

Here is why it shouldn't be close:
UT is winless on the road.
UT is giving a true freshman his first start at QB, and the guy can't even grow his own eyebrows.
UT is scoring 28 ppg and giving up 29.
UT in conference play is scoring 20 ppg and giving up 33.
UT on the road is scoring 14 ppg and giving up 45 ppg.
UT is giving up 185 rushing ypg at 4.9 ypc.
UT in conference play is giving up 219 rushing ypg at 5 ypc
UT on the road is giving up 211 rushing ypg at 4.7 ypc
UT is giving up 236 passing ypg at 7.5 ypa
UT in conference play is giving up 201 passing ypg at 7.7 ypa
UT on the road is giving up 304 passing ypg at 11 ypa
UT is rushing for 192 ypg at 5 ypc
UT in conference play is rushing for 132 ypg at 4 ypc
UT on the road is rushing for 124 rushing ypg at 4.2 ypc
UT is throwing for 170 ypg at 5.8 ypa
UT in conference play is throwing for 186 ypg at 5.8 ypa
UT on the road is throwing for 162 ypg at 5.4 ypa
UT's only hope of winning is that Mizzou is still hung over from last week and doesn't show up.

This thread is Casty as frick. Mizzou rolls this weekend, unless we are still down from last weekend

Mizzou should win fairly easily. Tennessee is getting better, but I was at the TN-Bama game last weekend. You're not there yet. If Mizzou plays anywhere close to potential, we win comfortably. Of course, we still have to play that way. Hoping for a good, injury-free game.

They have not played any competetion all year, the only team they have played with a pulse is sc and well we dominated them. Just wondering what mizzu fans real expectations are for saturday. Would only getting beat by 10 be a success for you guys or are you hoping for a 3-7 point loss?
Ok Simple Jack. What makes you think Tennessee will have a chance? After all, we beat you by 3 last year in OT in your own stadium. After our close double overtime loss last week, I can't promise Mizzou will take it as easy on you this week.

Ok, ok. If you disagree with the last response. How's this one?
The only way we lose is if we play DOWN to our competition.

This is a positive. Makes him more aerodynamic.

Right, and now you're at #10. Can't see how that would be any different.

No.
This thread is sort of pointless.

I remember the team that just beat you posting numerous stats on why we lose that game. Go ask them how that worked out
Its amusing how the transitive property of sports is EXTREMELY important to some Vols with respect to South Carolina, yet kinda disappears with respect to Georgia and Florida...hmmmm.

Hey Vol..how will it feel to get beat back to back weekends at home by two different sets of Tigers?
The Mizzou game is in Columbia.

Why are Mizzou and Tennessee playing in South Carolina?

Troll threads are never pointless, Sensei, just opportunities for mayhem.
Saw "Machete Kills" last night, quality stuff but I think we need to start casting and pitching to Hollywood the "mizzou kills" movie. About an NSA internet national security agent stationed in Missouri who is sent on a deadly mission south of the border into Arky, where various rogue operatives of the Flagship have a missile pointed at the SEC offices in Birmingham, and in their most desperate hour, they have to turn to this lone Yankee to save the day. I smell an Oscar. And fish tacos.
troll thread = jacked.

I've already written the script. It has Michael Bay written all over it...
