Do Away with the SEC Championship Game.

With the four team playoff coming, the SEC championship game will only serve as an elimination game for one SEC school. The conference schedule is tough enough already. Why put our teams at a disadvantage?
BTW-I know it won't happen while it is still a big money maker.

How would you determine an SEC champion, chief?

Its going to carry more weight in the playoff.

You probably imagined this going a lot better than it did.

Co-Champions. Majority of the FCS conferences use this model. I don't see it happening, but it's not as ridiculous as it seems.

Not just a "big money maker," ... the biggest money maker of all conference championship games, by far. Bigger than most post season bowls. Bigger even in terms of conference exposure.

Because being the SEC championship is a big frickin deal.

NCAA conferences are mandated to have a championship game if there are two divisions.

Mark Richt would probably be the only one in your camp.
It is a huge event, most of the time. Not going away.

You have the option of having a championship game IF you have at least 12 teams.

because Alabama needs a team to be eliminated for them to have a chance at going to the mnc.

Why do you need an SEC Champion to determine who the National Champion is going to be?
It's one more game that most of the time is going to be against a top 5 - 10 team. No one else in the country plays as many top teams as the SEC. So why have to play another needless one. It's big picture and you are using out dated formulas to determine a whole new system.
