He's been there a while now and the team is still shite. Gus makes his system fit his players.
He's not stuck with guys. He recruits them damnit.
If he can't recruit what he wants to go .500+ in the SEC he's not worth his salary.
It's his fault the kids don't "qualify" too. Maybe he needs some discipline.
He's out of his element, he's a likable guy but he's not the right fit for our school. 'Nuff said.
