Do any Alabama "fans" remember the Mike years?

You know: Mike Dubose, Mike Shula, all twenty-seven minutes of Mike Price and his hookers?
Or did most of you hop on the wagon after Saban's second year in Tuscaloosa?
I would tell you guys to enjoy what Saban is doing, because it will never be paralleled again, but you'll just snag your Ohio State jersey out of the closet and claim your new allegiance.
To those Alabama fans, all ten percent of you, who have truly been fans your whole lives -- even when they were awful after Gene Stallings -- this post is not for you.
To the other ninety-percent of you jagovs, I'm sure you never even ATTENDED college- much less Alabama. Keep your "we" posts to yourself and stick to NASCAR.

You're not referring to me because I lived football in the 70's, so, I will disagree that this won't ever happen again. It's happened far more at Bama than the few years you remember it not occurring. So crawl back under your rock knowing that Bama will be on top again, if and when this ride slides.

Our stadium was dull and Finebaums call log packed during the Mike years. People said Bammers were living in the past back then and were also predicting we were BACK.
