The refs were in your pocket saturday. Never, ever have I seen more holding penalties ignored because of the billboards.
Max Howell said this morning the SEC should be ashamed for bowing to the pressure of the bitching of LSU fans over Devin white. An obvious targeting call was ignored and possibly as many as 25 holding calls were ignored Saturday. Howell said Steve Shaw needs to take a good long look at how he's managing the SEC officials when he overturns an obvious targeting call because he's afraid of the backlash. As Howell said, I don't think the officials make it out of Baton ROuge alive if they uphold the obvious Delpit targeting call.
