It will take time to learn all new schemes - especially NFL ones. And we aren't talking about exceptionally bright people here. It may pay dividends down the road, but I really doubt any of your incoming fish will be able to contribute quickly.
You will be dependent mainly on upperclassmen who went through Spring camp and Summer digesting the playbook

This is not directed at just aTm. I do know very little about aTm, but I will learn a lot more next season bc as much as I dislike some of things y'all do I love watching JFF play. I won't miss a game.

And that is where the excitement comes from. We were pumped when we finally got rid of Crowton for Krags but he never got to be OC. Instead we had to go with Plan S for a few years. Now we have a dedicated OC.
