I mean even if you take that away high end recruits would want to play for the third best team in the SEC one would assume.

Nah, not when the third best team doesn’t stack up in other areas - such as facilities, academic support, & NFL draft picks.

He’s not dumb, and there’s money at Ole Miss. I believe he will…calibrate his recruiting strategy going forward in light of NIL. I wouldn’t melt just yet.

It will be much better next year. Most relationships are being established now with high school juniors. High school senior relationships and contacts started last year or before.

Sam was hired the same week. Sam has been improving and tearing up the portal every year.
Lane will tank at Ole Miss in the coming years.
