Derrius Guice was arrested Friday afternoon on domestic violence-related charges, including one count of strangulation, which is a felony, according to a spokesman for the Loudoun County Sheriff's Office.

The other charges are three counts of assault and battery, as well as one count of destruction of property. Guice turned himself in at the Loudoun Adult Detention Center at roughly 5 p.m.

What are we doing here, Derrius? Be better.

Give him the benefit of the doubt until all the details come out, but that don’t look good.

Eh I try to give victims the benefit of the doubt. Also, Guice turned himself in.

Sorry Baw, but putting tour hands around a SO neck does not deserve a benefit of doubt.

The strangulation part is the thing that jumps out. Tough to fake that unless the woman waited to press charges until after the bruising heals up. Seems like those cases are usually pretty straight forward.

Did he though? Give it 48 hours and see if the details change. 100% Lock him up if he did, but I’ve seen these stories not always end up how they’re first reported.

Dude, it is obvious the woman had markings on her neck...and I damn sure it is documented with photos for evidence.

You have no idea what a Baw is, Guice is not a Baw.

"Guice has hired Peter D. Greenspun, a prominent criminal attorney in Northern Virginia whose past clients include D.C. sniper John Allen Muhammad and sportscaster Marv Albert."
