Congrats to Mr. Henry. As a Titans fan, I'm happy they were able to reach a deal. Henry is a beast and has proven durable. Living in Nashville, I have met DH out at the bar. Dude is as nice as can be.

Little worried about having so much money tied to him and Tannehill, but hopefully we can keep the magic and make another run.

$25.5 guaranteed.

I would be very wary of giving a big contract to a RB coming off a 400 carry season.

Henry is a beast, but man they road him hard down the stretch last year...a man can only take so many hits until something blows. It’ll be interesting to watch his work load.

I hate to even say this because he'll get hurt Week 1 or something, but he's just one of those guys who doesn't get busted up touching the ball a lot.

Obviously at some point his body will start to break down, but he's gotten massive amounts of carries at every stop his entire career - from high school through the pros. Almost no significant injury history.

400 carries in an NFL season is much different than what he's dealt with before. DeMarco Murray was never the same player after Dallas rode him in 2014. Going a bit further back, Jamal Anderson was a big, strong, tough power back who had more than 500 touches in 1998 between the regular season and playoffs. He got hurt immediately in 1999 and was never the same player.

Even the toughest RBs in the NFL break down. Those guys take an absolute beating. Henry had 449 touches last year. That is lot of punishment.

MOST OF THE BLOWS, HENRY DELIVERED BY HIMSELF on the defense.

Oh yea, absolutely. He'll wear down, and probably before this deal ends.

But in terms of a "big injury", he has mostly avoided though throughout his career, even with regular battery.

Henry always does great "avoiding" the big hits. I the defensive players even make "business decisions" when deciding how they want to bring him down. Henry's stiff arm is filthy, and he's deceptively fast as hell.

That’s 40% of Myles. Very impressive.

El Tractorcito is not a normal human being. If any man can take the punishment, he can.

Henry delivers more punishment than he absorbs. 400 touches a season will cripple even the best though.

Pretty good for a guy that was raised by his Grandmother and had to ride around in a used Dodge Charger.
