What do people here consider to be Derek Dooley's strengths as a football coach?

I've asked other Vols fans this question, and I've usually been given far more excuses than strengths.

At least he isn't a raging alcoholic like Pinkel.
ETA: Not so much a strength as it is a lack of a weakness. In Dooley's case, that still counts as a win.
