No tears. I'm just pointing out the staggering hypocrisy of Alabama fans lambasting Notre Dame for opting out of a game even less meaningful than the game they just lost who also use that justification (meaningless) as the reason why they should be allowed in.

ND doesn't have a conference to force teams to play them. Everyone on their schedule next year should cancel and they can scrimmage themselves 12 times.

Even at 10-3 Bama had a better quantitative resume than ND who lost to the only quality teams they played all year.
ND lost out on a chance to compete because they lost head to head decisively against Miami. It’s that simple.
