And yet Washington has more alum in the NFL than all but 4 SEC teams.

Again - just because Alabama and Georgia are elite doesn't make the rest of the conference elite by connection. Playing Miss State and Kentucky every week is not like playing Alabama, Georgia and LSU every week.

So the "they didn't play in this here SEC so they must not be good at football!!" is a dumb dumb argument. Especially when said team had just won 21 straight en route to playing in a CFP title game
