With or without Golding?
I don't think any Bama fan can take a second tour of duty from Golding as the DC

Independent of me being a fan, I really think Alabama is perhaps the one job Lane would drop everything and run to.
He's just always exhibited a respect for Saban and the program in general.
It's a shame he boofed it a while back.

Does the person who posted this have any actual credibility or is it just a random Penn State fan who likes to act like they’re connected?

If you don't think Sexton is throwing KDB's name around to at least get a raise from Bama, you're crazy.

Kiffin to Bama would be a lock.
Just for lolz, though, imagine if LSU fans thought they were getting Kiffin and then this unfolded and Kiffin took the Bama job? There aren’t enough hamsters on Earth to keep this website going in that scenario.

Deboer just looks uncomfortable on the sidelines... Its too close to Saban-fanaticism.
He's not following a legend in Franklin...personally for him, Happy Valley would be greener pastures...he might actually be able to breathe.

He hasn't done anything yet to deserve a raise as far as I'm concerned. Last year we failed to win 10 games for the first time since 2007 and we could very well fail to make the playoffs against this season if we lose to Auburn.

It would be worth it just for the implosion and the disappearance of this board.

If Sexton thinks Bama is giving DeBoer a raise, he's crazy.

Sexton is throwing DeBoers name into the PSU pot so that he can get more money for Lane at Ole Miss cause no one believes Lane is actually going to leave Ole Miss for anywhere else other than Bama.
Alabama & Deboer are pawns right now.

I think there is going to be a very disappointed fan base in about 5-6 years if Kiffin goes somewhere else. He has done nothing as a head coach but made Ole Miss good and there have been several coaches that have accomplished that. It ain't like Mississippi is devoid of high school football players and eerybody who matriculates at Ole Miss is hovering on the brink of insolvency....anybody that hires him after what he did to Tennessee is deserving of exactly the same wondering of the darkness....it may pan out but there is nothing other than hope and feelings suggesting it at this point.

I hope he goes to Bama then. Lane seems to be a great fit for Tuscaloosa and ALL it has to offer

Pruitt’s system could be stuck ten years in the past like Freezes’ was.
It is doubtful he has corrected the flaws in his system which made him untenable as a coordinator everywhere he has ever been. Dude is an a-hole in a profession where being an a-hole is a given...you got to be some kind of special prick to be a prick among football coaches.

Seems unlikely.
I don't want Kiffin.

No you don't. If there is a coach coaching today who understands the Iron Bowl better than Kiffin, name him. Kirby perhaps.
Kiffin is to digital what Spurrier was to analog. He would be the kind of guy to drop 70 on barn at BAMA.
And you know it.
