Feels like getting Al Capone for tax fraud. Why am I meant to give a shite if your local track star had under reported income when we have kids actually making millions publicly?

They're probably looking to make a few examples in the early going so kids are sure to report all of their deals going forward.

Spending money that you don’t have or can’t sustain like a white trash hillbilly that hit a Powerball number isn’t impressive. Quit pretending like LSU has vastly more money than any other SEC program outside of the bottom feeders lol there are programs with huge boosters but LSU isn’t one of them.

Yea better not come here gymnastic athletes…. You are a fricking moron.

Kind of hard to field half a team with high school players in year 1…. How stupid are you? Future years won’t need the amount of money and transfer portal players.

1. Retards on this board have no idea what kind of money LSU has.
2. It's doubtful that LSU has "vastly more money" than other SEC programs. Who said that?
3. LSU does have some huge boosters, you're just ignorant on that point.

Wow. All that and you still suck. What if you didn’t spend that much money? Would you suck more?
Posted on 1/31/26 at 5:18 pm to SidewalkTiger
I am not ignorant on that point. You don’t have bigger boosters than Texas or Texas A&M, not close. Tennessee, Georgia, and Florida all have very wealthy boosters so what point are you attempting to make as does Oklahoma. That puts you roughly in the middle of the SEC so again you cannot sustain it against the likes of Ohio State, Michigan, Texas Tech, Oregon, and a handful of other uber wealthy programs but you are bragging like you have money to burn

You think recruits next year are going to want less money? You seem bright

I never said that, not sure why you're trying to argue a strawman point.

Yet folks keep crying about all this money LSU is spending.
Interesting.

Message board posters don’t equate to reality, simply because another school doesn’t overspend doesn’t mean they can’t and the reality is it isn’t sustainable because salaries never decrease in today’s sports. Overspending is simply just driving the market up even higher so what it takes this year to buy a roster will increase next season. Why you can’t grasp that is beyond me

Like you said, message board posters don't equate to reality.

That would be a great point if the thread weren’t about LSU overplaying for players during which you were bragging about.

Them "overpaying" is simply your opinion, you have zero awareness of what the market actually is or what the players were even paid.
And your opinion is just your opinion, again, message board posters are not reality.
Also, where do you "believe" I was "bragging"?
Posted on 1/31/26 at 5:42 pm to SidewalkTiger
Correct but the entire premise of the thread is LSU overplaying for players which continues to allude you

I know this may be confusing but the voicing comes across as sarcastic and in jest.

From the “it’s not football related” narrative, it sounds like yall are just wasting money on non-revenue sports, no?
I read the statement from LSU and I still have no idea what it is about.

It’s all so odd. And the fact you mix rev share and booster deals and apparently THE KIDS have to report deals, none of it makes sense. Theres so many moving parts, it’s unbelievable.

Just when the entertainment associated with your melt down starts to diminish, you OM boys do something to resurrect it. Thanks. This is quite fun.
