I’ve said this before and I’ll say it again; gamecock fans are so fricking desperate for a winner they’ll convince themselves that this is fine. I mean sure I’d rather have a dominant women’s program than not and it was legit interesting to see dawn build the program from 2008-2015 but god damn man we used to hang our hat on baseball at least.

The women's basketball hate rhetoric on this board mainly manifests itself after a SC win. Every LSU fan now hates women's bball, but would have been the complete opposite had they won. Hypocrites.
I do not give a damn about women's bball in the grand scheme but I do not go out of my way to actively shoot it down.

Fun fact series tied at 22. But Dawn is definitely 6-0 vs Kim at LSU.

That was the Flau'jae Johnson gal if I am not mistaken.
The Johnson's showed out in that game yesterday between Raven Johnson and Tessa Johnson for SC. They combined for over 40 pts and a ton of assists and steals.
Flau'jae Johnson actually kept LSU in the game in the 2nd half, for LSU, other than missing four critical free throws ... and, I think, an attempted 40 footer 3 that she airballed with 17 seconds remaining in the game.
IMHO LSU just needs some big girls ... they're lacking 4s and 5s to win Championships. But they're gamers.

Cudos to both programs, both coaches, the LSU atmosphere, and the players.
It was a good showing, especially for the SEC, in front of a national audience. And it put more money in the SEC coffers in the process.

That's crazy the way SC has been beating LSU and it's just now tied.. When was the last time LSU beat SC? Also when was the last time SC beat LSU in football? Genuinely curious.
