Yeah glass houses Mr Alabama fan. Dawn may have some negative political views but she doesn't have a team of gun runners or dope pushers but Bama does.

Does Alabama use NIL for bail money?

This is a Dawn Staley appreciation thread keeps your potty mouth out of it. Now don't you have a .45 to deliver somewhere

Dude needed to be expelled and no degree conferred.
Hate baiting should be exposed no matter the color of the skin.

I totally agree with you Mr. Grits. The way Dawn has been treated in this thread is atrocious.

To be fair, if I am in a knife fight I want Dawn on my team.
You just know she would know how to use it and have no fear.

Not a bama fan here and Brandon Murder should have been disciplined by coach/school..
BUT
are you saying being a racist, race-baiting, spiteful, hateful hypocritical bigot is just "some negative political views"?
And pound your chest about the number of pages this topic has generated, but consider it the level of disdain EVERYONE on this board has for 'her' (except cock fans), and sadly, it's for 'her' lack of character rather than anything 'she's' done in coaching.

Great recruiter. Why can't the men's program get them one of these?

He is likely a good coach, but he's a shitty racist piece of over paid shite for a human being.
Cool story cock.

I do admire and appreciate what she has done as a coach with the program, her recruiting and her actual ability as a coach in game( when it comes to coaching she is definitely one of the best). As a person she does do good things in the community but I do not care for her stand on many issues nor her doubling down on being wrong (BYU is a good example and she should have admitted she got it wrong) she is a great coach but as a person, I at least find her lacking . As high profile as she is, her words get amplified much more and she really needs to learn to choose them more carefully.

You can dislike someone's political views and still appreciate that they are extremely good at their profession.

I can admit it, but I will never appreciate it.

I agree with this. The hypocrisy between the Mizzou incident and the BYU incident is troubling though. It definitely fits into what all politicians do, but is she a politician or a coach?

I didn't like the way this was handled, either. I have no problem acknowledging that there was definitely an element of hypocrisy in how that was handled. Initially, when the allegations of how the incident was believed to have occurred, I 100% supported the decision. However, when video proved the girl accused was not even in the gym and had gone to the concession stand when the slurs were supposed to have been yelled at the athlete, and when even her own teammates stated they did not hear anything at all, I assumed we would apologize for jumping the gun before all of the evidence had been collected. I was disappointed, and embarrassed, that was not the case.
I absolutely respect her as our WBB HC and although I don't agree with everything she says, there are a lot of great things she does that ppl don't see or hear or acknowledge bc they focus on the negative alone.

She is in fact a racist, no doubt.
