Bud, you used a stereotype of an entire religion in an attempt to substantiate the claim it happened. Your post was making the claim that Mormons are racist as part of their religion; therefore, the incident most likely occurred. I’ve lived in different parts of the South my entire life. The South has a reputation in the media of overt racism being part of daily life. I can probably count on 2 or 3 fingers the number of times I’ve heard someone yell a racial epithet in a public place and it has NEVER been received well by anyone around them. I don’t care how racist someone is or how ingrained it is in their being, that shite just doesn’t happen often. And if not a single person sitting near this person said they heard nothing of the sort, I’m thinking it probably didn’t happen.

And if it did happen, someone in the stands would have called on an usher or security because 99.99999% of people aren’t ok with that. It wouldn’t have been a player on the bench be the ONLY person to hear it and say something to someone.

On a televised game and the announcers didn’t hear it? The Duke basketball team in attendance didn’t do anything or say anything? The Duke coaches just let it continue? The refs didn’t care?

they admitted it.

I wasnt there, but we are talking about the church that didnt admit blacks fully into the church until a supposed revelation in 1980. God finally decided to stop hating on blacks, but, many mormons cling to the old way.
