Beat him to the spot and offensive player extended his arm enough for the ref to call it. Could have gone either way. I think the push at the end by the UGA player was the difference.

I think they called a charge. I thought at first that it must have been a block on the floor, and Georgia not being in the bonus would get to inbound. Then I saw Tech inbounding.
