We shouldnt be, this team isnt that great at all. They're much better than we ever were for the 2 decades prior to Tony V, but they are one of his weaker teams since he's been here.

If they finish in the top 4 of SEC then they'll get a national seed. I guess he's predicting a couple of teams in that next grouping (Bama, VU, UGA, Ole Miss, AU) to pass them up.

they have auburn, vandy at home and arky on the road....they need prolly 6 wins between those and 2 wins in tournament to secure a bid. if they get 5 winning both auburn and vandy at home and taking 1 from arky on road....they will be at 18 wins. Prolly need 3 or 4 wins in the tourney to secure
but you cant say such and such wont get a national seed yet. The top 8 in the sec all have a chance depending on what happens last 3 weekends and the tournament

Well, I guess they could be the SEC team designated to go and ruin Clemson's super regional this year. No top 8 seed would be lining up to be paired with the Knoxville regional. There may be a lot of non-SEC teams not happy about who they get matched up with in the bracket this year.

They can rake but outside of Doyle, it's an average to below average pitching staff. They will still be Hell in a regional/super.

Marcus is a top notch guy as well. They are a super pairing nightmare.

I've only seen him pitch once and he didn't get out of the 4th. All of their guys have stuff, he just didn't have it that day.

LSU was fortunate to win 2 of 3. Their Sat guy stymied us for 6 innings. They also hit the ball extremely well.
