I have listened to him on local radio a long time where he is a regular guest. Like him or not, he gets it right a whole lot more than he gets it wrong. He knows his stuff. I used to ignore him until things he predicted kept happening.
ETA: He has a complex system and everything gets so many points to determine a teams value.

AU is not on the same level as Bama, OSU and Clemson.
UGA is a half notch below.
USC, FSU, ND, Texas, PSU, AU have little chance.
LSU, Vols, UCLA and UF have no chance to even make the playoffs much less win the NC.
LSU, Vols and UF have 3 teams in their own conference who are much better. Vols - where did that come from? I think Pruitt has a chance to do a great job there, but this year he will do well to have a winning season.
