When your friend calls you and asks you to bring his gun, you do it. That’s what friends are for. Guns don’t kill people; your friend does. He did nothing wrong, and he scores 19 ppg. What part of this is so hard to understand.

How are you giving him credit for discussing something but then say he’s not able to discuss this with words? You have to be using words if you’re discussing something.

I speculated he will eventually plead to a lesser charge to provide testimony against Davis. No one said he wouldn’t be indicted first.

His friend didn't call. His friend texted. In Alabama, you can do anything to aid and abet the slaughter of a defenseless mother as long as it is done by text message. People in Alabama don't understand the science behind texting, they think it is sorcery, and the mere mention of it gets the entire law enforcement apparatus in the state to run to church to pray.

Statement from Miles legal team:
“While we are not
surprised by the
indictment based on the
reality that a person
accused of a crime is not
allowed to present any
evidence to the Grand
Jury, we are nonetheless
disappointed that the
Government presented
this case to the Grand
Jury as Capital Murder
considering the evidence
uncovered during our
investigation and the
obvious weaknesses in
the Government's case
brought to light during
the preliminary hearing.“

Excellent breakdown on how dumb the average Alabama citizen is (and remember nearly every Alabama sports fan is well below average).

Given that Austin is painted rainbow these days, seems odd you are trying to be heard on the moral high ground.

Any idea why Miles is being charged for capital murder and not some lesser charge?
All I can go from is the reporting that's been made public. We've got more than one article that outlines Miles and Davis discussing the hit - including Miles telling Davis where the gun is in the car, and also prompting Davis to make sure a round is chambered. Based on that, I'd say the State isn't making a large distinction between who pulled the trigger.
If that's all true - at least where I live, there's a pretty thin line between Murder I and Conspiracy to Commit Murder. My best advice to Miller, if he were my son, would be to keep singing like a bird. Nothing is going to save Miles or Davis. Don't let yourself get burned in the process.

It was Miller who rolled on Former Bama player Miles.

Some misguided gays or dead mothers… I wonder which is worse to low IQ Bama fans?
