ESPN reporting

Remember yesterday when the retarded tahd fans thought he would roll on his pal and serve little to no time? I’m sure glad we have their brilliant legal minds on this board to keep us all grounded.

I know that’s a lot of words for you to try and digest at once (words being one of the few things you are unable to digest in bulk).

No way this goes to trial.
If it does the bama spin will unravel.
Everyone will get paid and the guilty will get plea deals.

I have no idea what will happen with Miles, and I’m certainly not going to defend him, but being indicted doesn’t mean he can’t mount a successful defense. It’s probably unlikely, but his attorney’s will have their chance now.

Wasn't he already charged with capital murder back on January 15? This seems like nothing more than an expected formality.

Capital offenses require a grand jury indictment.

Alabama admins, coaches, and 1/2 their booster and fans are scummy as hell.

Yeah, everyone’s being
paid, directly or indirectly, to look the other way. In any other world where this arse wasnt a star player of a NC contender, he’d be locked up like he should be.

What a crock of a bullshite story and everyone winks and buys it. there will be a special place in hell for some of these folks.

Most of them are already guilty of multiple deadly sins:

Pride, gluttony, sloth, and envy at a minimum.

Based on your SECr profile, you enjoy the sin of drunkenness.

Which part is bullshite? The story is obviously more nuanced and complicated than you’d rather admit, but the primary facts that matter are all pretty well documented via time-stamped texts and surveillance video.

The best defense is a good offense. If Miles put more work in the gym and could hit 40% from beyond the arc he’d be chilling in Nashville waiting to play the winner of Tennessee Mizzou.

So I think what you’re trying to say is basically that you’re incapable of discussing this incident using words and rational thought, and instead want to focus on your feelings. Is that pretty much where you’re at?

Can’t be providing a weapon to someone involved in capital murder charges

Oh. He didn't provide it. It slipped out of his hands into Miles' hands.

Was this a shootout or a murder?

Any idea why Miles is being charged for capital murder and not some lesser charge?
