Nothing you can do legally. He is stating "someone told me", well after he changes his story from the I know an NCAA guy. That is quite possible that some dumbass told him he knows who the bagman is, legally you can't touch him, unless you can prove he knowingly lied or stated this as truth when he knows it is a lie. So Auburn would have to prove a negative.
Also no university is EVER going to sue in this manner, it will not happen. I will say had he named the name those two dumbasses were tossing around he'd be in court in Chicago against someone you really don't want to piss off so they changed their story again.
Sheridan can go to hell, I have no problem supporting your school but the level he has taken this to try to smear Auburn is amazing. This is why this rivalry is at an insane level.

I think OTL doesn't get very high ratings. ESPN knows if they have these two guys, the AU & UA fans could very well double their normal daily ratings.
