The NCAA interviewed over 100 student athletes in that time period. People do not realize that the only reason it took 5 years with the Reggie Bush situation was because the agent started talking 3 years after the fact.

The lawsuit was filed by the agent to recover money, which was easy to trace. A defamation lawsuit would require Danny to reveal his source during discovery and the witch hunt would begin.

But it's so clear...if msu offered him money and he didn't go there then clearly auburn paid him. How does it not get more obvious than that?
