May be a dumb question, but do you really want to run rule every mid week game? Usually it’s used to get guys experience and the results usually have little impact on seeding. If you’re blowing teams out, guys aren’t getting that extra experience.
Well that’s why you should be making yourself a little uncomfortable

Man that southern miss hitter dug that one out of the dirt for a grand slam.

Well, OU can still say someone has scored 10 or more runs in all their games.

We swept McNeese at their place over the weekend.
Surely LSU is up 10 runs by now.

Austin Peay had a two game win streak in the series before tonight. They were 46-14 (26-4) last year, so they are usually very good competition. A lot of people got to play tonight which is a good thing.
Our next 4 games are Arizona St, VaTech, UCLA, and at USM.

State had 17 players take an at bat. 11 of them had hits.
7 players took the mound.
Lemme know how those numbers compare to…..anyone who didn’t run rule their opponent tonight.
That’s plenty of experience for one game.

Hopefully their former coach got a good payout.

By a likely national seed in their house.

Eh…USM is good but maybe let’s see them play at least one ranked team before jumping to “likely national seed”.

I mean the pollsters think they’re a top 15 team at least, and historically it’s not that likes off for Southern Miss. They host regionals pretty frequently.
