SEC teams hosting:

Vanderbilt - #1 overall
Florida - #3 seed
LSU - hosting
South Carolina - #7 seed

Other SEC teams in:

#2 Tennessee - Cal State regional
#2 Ole Miss - TCU regional
#2 Alabama - Texas regional
#2 Texas A&M - Houston regional
#3 Arkansas - Nebraska regional
#3 Mississippi State - UVA regional

First. That UVA regional is insane.

State will also be a 2 I think.

I would be surprised if we were a 3 seed anywhere. If some of the right pieces fall into place, we might be hosting. Huge "if" but I do believe this team has potential.

It will be a lot different without Nola going on Fri night, it will depend on how ready the fr pitchers lsu runs out there are. good thing is it looks like the bats could carry LSU this year from early on in scrimmages
have some fr hitting well and Foster is having a great spring camp as well

Not sure VOLS get a 2 seed (probably more like 3 imo), but this is huge considering just how fricking terrible they were two years ago. I hope I can make it to several games this year.

This is why the winner of the SEC is more than prepared for Omaha. The SEC definitely braced Vandy for those Virginia sluggers last season.

You are correct. Carolina handled Vandy without much trouble last year, but no other SEC team did. I think Carolina could be very good this year, based on its infield and pitching alone. Wil Crowe has, in my opinion, the opportunity to be the best righthander in college baseball. The question will be if the Cocks can score more than three runs a game.

They'd be even more prepared if we'd go back to an 8 team SEC tournament. That tournament was formatted just like Omaha. It was great prep. Especially when we were winning titles right and left.

Interesting. D1Baseball has certainly given us the most credit. I think their poll had us around #5. With that said all other polls had us in the 11-15 range with one putting us in the 20s.

If SC finds an offense this year.. Watch out. SC is always a dangerous team when nobody is watching them.
