Nah frick that I'd still rather play Ole Miss there....
In terms of who I want to win the other bracket
1. Ole Miss
2. Troy
3. West Virginia
4. North Carolina

Get drunk. Sports and being sober do not mesh. Unless you are in AA of course. Then...diet coke?

Omaha was home for over 30 years and still have family there.
The tips you are getting in this thread are good ones. If anything glaringly missing to add I would but you are getting some great suggestions.
The CWS means everything to Omaha and even though representation from the home schools has been sparse (NU 3 times in the early 2000s and Creighton once in the early 90’s), the city still loves and welcomes the teams and fans who come visit and hopefully have a great time, make great memories, and often times leave having made new friends from around the country.
We LOVE LSU fans because they bring the party with them. Good, fun folks and they love their baseball.
Even though the Horn fan was not wrong (say “Frick Texas and you won’t have to buy a drink”, lol) that basically stems from football and old Big XII politics around football. The Horns baseball fans have always been great folks, know their baseball and are certainly no strangers to Omaha over the years.
Hopefully everyone heading up that way enjoys safe travels and a has great time.

Don't try to win the jello shot challenge on your own.

The parking lot around the old Rosenblatt Stadium was literally a 10-day tailgate party, but I haven't been to the CWS since they moved it to Charles Schwab Field. Is the tailgate scene there comparable?

Gump trolls on this board are melting.
Notice no omaha fans never mentioned or ever met a bama baseball fan before in omaha.

No but to be fair that was a pretty high bar to cross.

Who the hell goes to the zoo on a CWS trip? Dafuq?
Posted on 6/10/26 at 6:51 am to teamjackson
Cause it’s the best zoo in the country and worth seeing.

Been to Omaha 3 times, been to the zoo 3 times.
Next time I go to Omaha, I will go to the zoo.
It's the best zoo I have ever been to.

Nachos and beer and a hotdog..every baseball game you go to needs those 3 things during....do not think I have ever gone to a Baseball game without getting all 3(when I was over 21).
