You'll notice the key to having a strong schedule is losing, a lot.

If strength of schedule was the only metric considered, if two evenly matched teams played you're better off losing to boost your own strength of schedule while hurting the team you just played's strength of schedule because another loss is added for their opponents.

Generally the more you lose, the better your strength of schedule gets because you've added a bunch of Ws in your opponents' columns. Conversely, the more you win, the more you hurt your own strength of schedule by added so many Ls for your opponents' records.

UO will lose early in playoffs

No they won't. When BAMA beats Aggie, and uga moves to two, IU moves to three when they lose to OhioSt, Oregon will be ranked #4 the third BigX team to get a bye in the 1st round.

What does overtime matter if you won?Since when did an overtime win count against a team? Absolutely stupid logic.

Yes teas lost to a bad Florida team playing for their coaches life. If it’s an 8 team playoff Texas isn’t in the mix.

Given it’s 12 they absolutely are in the convo if they beat atm, unless the Ags are pretenders and don’t deserve their ranking? If they do that’s 3 top 12 wins, name a better resume of teams going to that 11 spot?

15 of the 16 SEC teams in the top 25 SOS is pretty impressive.

Under no circumstances is Tejas in the playoff. Who do they deserve to be in over?

State's overall SOS is brought down by Alcorn. By next week State will have played 7 SEC teams ranked or recently ranked plus ranked ASU.

No

You are out bc you lost to a crap gators team and got boat raced by Georgia. Not bc you lost to Ohio State,

Texas fans always living in their own reality,

OU's schedule is harder, yet they are 10-2.

Not right now, assuming they beat ATM they absolutely should be in the conversation.

That’s all I’m saying.

3 top 12 wins is one of the best resumes out there. It’s no begging it’s the truth. Name a better resume for that last spot?

Two things

1) OU’s schedule won’t be harder after we play A&M

2) We are ranked ahead of both Oklahoma and Vanderbilt in the SEC standings.. because we have the record, but beat both teams

Therefore, as it is, the Ohio State game is keeping us out of the playoffs.

Western Kentucky isn't a cupcake! More like, you thought it was gonna be a cupcake but it ended up being a bundt cake or a beignet.
