And by suck, you mean never have been good and are likely the worst athletic program within the conference.
Only 2 athletic national titles in the history of their athletics program. Those happened in 1954 and 1965. No titles since integration. This ranks next to last within the SEC. Only Mississippi State is between them and the basement, but the Dogs did win a recent national title and have won other SEC titles recently.
