I would strangle myself if I were a Vol fan right now. Absolutely nothing to look forward to but sustained mediocrity in all Big 3 sports.

I'm sure both Tennessee baseball fans will be devastated.

We still can't shoot free throws

Not sure why you expected it to get better. They're simply bad at shooting. That wasn't going to change.

Next few years will be rough. Martin is basically passing on this recruiting class to get a jump on the 2013 class.

Just got back.

Golden is an improvement over Goins, best PG since Watson.

McRae had some flashes and scored 17 (led the team), but zoned in and out.

Tatum is who he always has been.

Maymon was the biggest surprise. 10 and 15. An absolutely relentless rebounder and looks to be in much better shape. Very tough and fearless around the rim.

Outside of those 4, putrid basketball up and down the roster.

McBee may be able to hit some shots off the bench and Washpun is very good defensively backing up Golden.

Now this is someone who stays in school.

edit: How long before we see the threads saying, "Does Tennessee regret firing Pearl?" like we see with Fulmer?

Apples and oranges when you talk about those situations though. I think most realized after Pearl lied to the NCAA you weren't going to have much of a choice but to fire Pearl.

True, but there's a legit comparison when considering the roster Pearl left behind.

I don't think I've ever watched and entire women's basketball game, but I hope Pat can go out on a good note. I still won't be watching, but hopefully she goes out on top.

Wow. I guess that wanted to see what Cuonzo could bring to the table. I want a Bruce Pearl cutout for when y'all come to Coleman. Would you happen to have one?

If Tennessee breaks .500, Martin will have done a magnificent job. This team will have serious trouble generating offense against even average defenses.

Maymon was dominating a mediocre 6'4" D-II player. When he starts playing guys his own size, he'll revert to being a worthless turnover machine.
