As appalling as this is, I say this with every law enforcement encounter, comply and it doesn’t escalate to this, whether the guy is right or wrong. He will have his day in court. We shouldn’t take up for Baws when we don’t do it for other ethnic groups who don’t comply. He should be thankful the cop used his fist and not his gun.

I’m not saying the encounter was justified and that the cops were correct, but trying to confront some trigger happy cop doesn’t end well for most folks. Wouldn’t you rather go home to your kids vs being shot?

The guy was sitting in his seat that he paid a lot of money for when he was harassed by two dickwad cops (hopefully in jail soon). Then assaulted, shot with taser multiple times, electrocuted , bloodied, and likely incurring medical charges.
Sue the frick out of those two and the Jacksonville PD.
