The 18th is within the CV19 protocol window for B1G, so postponing doesn't do much for current positives

Reports are there are issues, but not an entire position group

My first thought is how undisciplined is tOSU? They've had repetitive issues. Second, delaying doesn't guarantee more cases don't arise over the delay. At some point, you just have to play the game. Would say the same if the shoe was on the other foot. If the minimum #s are there, a team should play. Each are among the top 3 in roster talent, give a chance for young talent to shine. It worked for LSU vs UF

Sounds like LSU earlier this year

right, because the LSU/Alabama game was the only game rescheduled in the SEC because of COVID. And remind me, was LSU one of the two teams in the SEC that didn't play all 10 games?

I'm sure Saban himself would welcome a postponement. There is no disadvantage to Alabama by postponing. If anything, it helps them.

Well, then that seems like a great opportunity for Saban, a COVID survivor, to come out and say that he wants both teams to be as healthy as possible for the game and doesn't want a COVID outbreak to affect the national championship of college football.

his numbers on a per game basis are amazing
Based on his career - he is good for just over 60 yards per game. Wow! That is amazing George!

Yeah, I lean to giving teams the benefit of the doubt this season given so much that's been out of their control, but at the same time it's just part of it. If they have enough scholarship players to field a team based on the guidelines, there's no reason to postpone the game for a week.

I'm also not as sympathetic given how much the B10 bent over backwards to get OSU to where they are now.

Why are we basing anything on stats from games he played as the #4 receiver as a freshman? That seems borderline incompetent.

Oh, right, forgot who I was talking to.

Just make the rules up as we go along. The big 10 has been doing it all year for Ohio State.

What are the actual rules here? Were there rules put in place by the CFP committee that said there can't be any postponements for COVID of any playoff games?

Yeah, I don’t think LSU was diving because it wasn’t like they were getting away from that game. The SEC cancelled only 2 games all season: Ole Miss v. TAMU (I think that one was suspect because Ole Miss got upset potential) and Vandy v. UGA (who care). Sankey made sure the division contenders played their full schedule to Florida’s harm, so there could be no question about SEC playing games about jockeying for a team’s benefit (though I think they did just that with Ole Miss v. TAMU).

When they're trying to get out of playing a football game, apparently they do.

It was postponed because A&M has so many out due to contract tracing. It was rescheduled for Dec. it would have been played but then Ole Miss had a breakout. Idk if it’s true but someone posted the state gov got involved to shut things down. No one was scared or trying to avoid an upset.

That, as everyone has seen, makes the trolling incredibly ineffective over time. It doesn't have staying power, but he's trying to force it. I keep waiting on him to vanish for a while and come back with a better game plan, but it never happens. I have clearly overestimated his level of self awareness.
Make a video about it, Keto.

That'd be great - we can just plug in whatever analysts are left after Butch left to take Flood and Sarkisian's spots. Sounds like a reasonable sacrifice for us to make.
