It’s worse than that, Richt went 13-2 against Tech.

Lol you’re right. What’s funnier is both losses were one possession losses and with better coaching we could’ve easily been 15-0 against Tech during his tenure.

LSU lost to MSU! Arkansas beat MSU the following week! How did that happened during those two weeks?

This is an SEC thread, and grown folks are talking.

Yes.

Chad will have the Auburn offense doing the boogie in no time.

Gus focuses on 2 games all year:
Alabama and Arkansas.
I'll be willing to state that he overlooked Georgia this past week because he was looking ahead to Arkansas this week.

Auburn will destroy Arkansas.. I expect an AU win of at least 28

Thank you for shutting up Arkansas fans for thinking they are out of the woods after beating an overrated MSU team that still had a chance to win it but decided to give away the game more than once! I believe 3 times!

I might be wrong on this, but beating an overrated team is better than not beating any teams this year.

How’s that new coach treating ya up there in Missouri? Has he figured out he doesn’t coach in the Sun Belt anymore?

Well we shouldn’t even be in this situation with this buyout in the first place but we’ve had terrible leadership

Malzahn has underperformed by a pretty substantial margin every year that wasn’t his first year at Auburn. Ever since they changed the substitution rules to neuter the HUNH this offense has been lost

Whatever’s going on right now has weakened the trenches. That’s not a scheme problem, that’s a development and S&C problem.

If they fire Gus do they hire their head coach in waiting Chad Morris. Sure he had his troubles in Arkansas but much like Coach O I'm sure a change of school could provide a run much like LSU had last year. As long as you give him a few years to install his full play book

The ONLY good thing that came out of us hiring Morris was sticking Auburn with Gus and a huge price tag. I was ready to give up football if we had hired Gus. I hate that fricker

Auburn simply does not have the monetary muscle to dethrone Gus for $22M at the end of this season if he finishes .500

They have two specific Board Members who could do it if they were willing to part with that much cash. Wouldn’t hurt either ones lifestyle, but I doubt they will do it. All schools are going to be short on revenue this year.

Your team is not going to beat Auburn! You have to worry about your team and when will your next win come? It will not be Missouri!

Really? Tubs bear Saban in 2007 and was fired in 2008.

After going 5-7 and getting trounced by Bama 36-0. If you think that will be Auburn's fate this year, then I agree with you that Gus will be fired after this season.

Have you seen Auburn' OL and DL "talent" this season? We have a 265lb DT due to poor roster management. We have two former DTs now playing on the OL. We signed 9 highschool OL players the last 4 recruiting classes, 2 of which are gone.

No, but I also imagined a fat, sweaty dude in a ill-fitting Mizzou jersey pounding on his keyboard with Cheeto stained fingers and his mother vacuuming in the background.
