I'm betting he plays. This is Lane being Lane.

Makes things interesting for sure. I still expect to get dicked but this certainly can’t hurt us.

Unless this is Kiffin playing mind games... that does change the complexion of the game. I think Ole Miss, with a healthy Corral, walks the dog on LSU. I think Ole Miss, without a healthy Corral, finds itself in a back alley brawl.

Which is good enough to fool our coaching staff.

I can see why he wouldn't want to play against the team that he threw 5 interceptions to last year, but he will.

I think it will be a tight game either way. Every game we have left on our schedule will be a close one because of our defense.

Honestly LSU has a good shot without Corral playing if they play like they did against UF

I think he plays but I don't look for him to carry ball 30 times in this game
He will have to do it through the air and you can bring in Plumlee for a running option if you want

I agree, same way with Arkansas...they had to beg Matt to play against them because of all the picks he threw them last year because that totally means the same thing will happen.

If I've learned anything about Matt Corral, it's this: he would have to be dead not to play.

A sound point. But with a healthy Corral I give the nod to Ole Miss in the rest of your games this year. Yes, some heart stopping shoot outs. But I think he is the best QB (so far) in college football. My concern is that without him the Ole Miss offense takes a step back and things get really dicey.

I think Corral will have a big day against the Tiger secondary. The problem is the Tiger offense is guaranteed to have a big game against the Rebel secondary.
