He scouted SEC schools. This belongs here.

More chatter (not sourced) that he has refused to cooperate, at all, with both internal and external investigations.
They have to be paying him to keep his mouth shut. He had a $15,000 budget. His coaching career is probably ruined. No way he's letting them throw him under the bus unless there's a payoff for his silence.

Maybe Netflix is paying?

A lot of people are saying many other schools are doing same stuff. Hard to say what will happen.
Clemson may have started it

Lot of covering things up going on. Tell me why CMU hasn't said who it was on their sidelines. Can't be that hard to say we don't know or yeah that was Joe Smoe from Cocomo and is on our staff or is related to someone on our staff.

This type of cheating is not common, this per many talking heads claiming numerous quotes from many off the record head coaches. The Purdue HC for one has spoken on the record. What makes this seem a lot more serious are the stories of all the HC's & AD's from the Big 10 complaining to the League Commish. What makes it even more damaging is it's supposedly going back 3 years.

The problem with that for Michigan is I bet he has kept a few receipts. Literally. And now that Michigan has told him to frick off by firing him, for doing what he was employed to do, he is pissed. I bet he has an “if I die, we all die” type mentality. Me thinks he will be MUCH more willing to tell all to the NCAA now that Michigan has sacrificed him.

They'll be fricked when Harbough leaves and their recruiting stagnates as a result

Harbaugh claims he knew nothing about it and would never condone such conduct.

Oh I hope he absolutely rats on absolutely everything that went down in exchange for no legal consequences, since the FBI is investigating too

Would love to see if he had some sort of severance to keep his mouth shut.

Of course he claims he doesn't know. He's trying to play it off smart and act oblivious to what's going on while denying it and speaking about it as little as possible. Then, after the season's over, he'll quietly leave and go to the NFL.

Rather interesting that, according to reports,
it was OSU's Ryan Day who started the investigation
of Michigan , employing his two brothers , one of
whom is a private investigator. They turned findings over to the NCAA.
This is sounding more like SEC fun than the stoic,
lard arse Big Ten.
OHIO STATE RATS ON MICHIGAN ?

How big a scandal is this, really? I can’t tell if it’s genuinely a serious situation for Michigan, if it’s being hyped because they’re doing much better of late, if they might actually have to pay a serious price for it, or what.
Bruce Feldman said that a poll of 50 coaches done my The Athletic revealed that the overwhelming majority of coaches surveyed considered this to be a major offense, with some saying that knowing signals before the game could result in as many as 21 points in favor of Michigan. It’s a really big deal.
Michigan firing Stallions is a bit like Auburn telling the NCAA that Cecil Newton wasn’t welcome at Cam’s games late in the 2010 season. It’s laughable, but they had to do something reactive.

The fact he snuck onto the CMU sidelines is funny as hell.

Sure reminds me of the time Phil Fulmer became the most hated man in Alabama.

Their recruiting may not be as good as you believe it to be.
