Here we go....
Confession. It would be more interesting if you confessed something about your rivals, but it doesn't have to be. Something you would never admit to if you're having an argument with another teams fans. Something you feel just wrong for even saying it. Keep your confessions about SEC teams. In all honesty, no one on this board cares about any other conference. These are just your confessions.....Try to keep this thread as sane as possible......if you don't agree with what someone is saying, start your own thread and criticize the poster in it. Otherwise, this one will turn into a bullshite Bama/Auburn/LSU pissing contest. I'll start.....
Being that I despise both Alabama teams, it's hard to confess.....
1. I think Mark Ingram will eventually be the best RB in the conference. Might even be this year......Hard, strong runner. Really, really good player.
2. I'm really high on Malzahn. If he can do with the offense at Auburn to what he had at Tulsa, then I won't be looking forward to playing Auburn again. frick Auburn.

In the back of my mind, I am worried Nutt will somehow get to the championship game at Ole Miss and Arkansas will get blasted in the media for ever letting him go.
I'm with you on the Malzahn thing and for the same reasons as above... if he succeeds and kicks people's asses with his offense, we will again look like dumbasses.

I think Gus Malzahn will do an incredible job at Auburn. He made me a believer at Arkansas, and reinforced it at Tulsa. The only question mark this year is personnel. If he can find the right mix of guys and scheme to what they do best, Auburn could be dangerous this year. Chizik knows defense, and if not for the stint at Iowa State, his resume would make everyone consider him an excellent hire. The staff he brought in is fantastic.

Yes, I actually own a pair of Jorts. I will wear them around the house( very comfortable). BUT NEVER IN PUBLIC!!

I wish Tebow had come to LSU. Screw him.

Okay. Bobby Petrino could very well turn Arkansas into a competitive team -- not really a title run,but 8,9 or 10 wins. His offense could attract some high profile recruits and make in-roads in N La and Texas.

I like the idea here. The first one will be very unpopular...
1. I would rather beat Auburn than win a National title that included an Auburn loss.
2. Malzahn is a great offensive coordinator. Gene Chizik is a great defensive coordinator. If they can somehow put those together in a complimentary way they will be very successful at Auburn (provided they can get some players).

1) I think Saban will actually retire from Bama.
2) I think USC would have whipped us in '04.

I confess that I worry we have boosters/fans that could be stupid enough to get us in trouble again in the future.

I think that Julio Jones is the best WR in the conference, possibly the nation. AJ Green is a close second.
The Arkansas game worries me this year.
The Ole Miss game does not.

1. I would rather hang out with knowledgeable fans from other schools during a game, than ignorant MFs that are Bama fans.
2. I think the eagle flying around the stadium before the game in Auburn is the coolest live mascot thing going.

Non-homer question: Is that better than the Tiger on the field at LSU?

It's impressive, but no.

Yes....the MFer flies around the field and attacks a target...get the Tiger to do something that and we'll talk.
I'd give Bucky the Colorado Buffalo a slight edge over the Tiger as well...

1.) I confess I'm actually scared of Ole Miss beating us again and making it to Atlanta, thus never hearing the end of it
2.) I think Saban is the best coach in the country, and it's not even close
3.) Despite what I posted in #1 and despite my hatred for Ole Miss, I think Nutt is a good coach. However, his talent at Ole Miss in the future will never be as good as it was/is in 2008 and 2009. Nutt does not equal Orgeron in recruting.
4.) I HATE Urban Meyer. I respect him as a great coach, but no one, no one comes off more arrogant and whiny than he does.

You can see a Tiger in a cage at the zoo. That being said, I wish we had one too.
