MR SEC - Aggies
Out of 18 possible expansion targets, we graded Texas A&M as the second best option for the league behind only Texas. The Aggies bring just about everything to the table that the Longhorns would — major television markets, a recruiting foothold into a rich recruiting area, quality academics, top notch facilities — but they would do so without all the UT attitude. The Harvard of the Colorado River A&M does not pretend to be.

I feel like adding teams will make the divisions bigger and could eventually lead to the end of permanent cross division games. So in other words, I'm hoping A&M just accepts the fact that they're always going to be below Texas and stays in their own conference.

Kat I know you won't believe this but high school football is covered better in Louisiana than in Texas.
I grew up in Louisiana but have lived in Dallas for over 30 years.
When I go down to LSU games my dad and I get to watch two different high school games live on TV every Friday night.
In Dallas the only televised high school game we get on Friday night is a replay of one game from the night that comes on at 11:30 pm.
Yea, we get the ESPNU games just like everybody else but there are usually only a couple of those from Texas each year anyway.
We also get the Herbstreet games and the other Cowboy stadium games against the Florida teams and the Shiloh Christians of the world.
I am talking about regular season district games.
Every school obviously isn't on every week but the kids in Louisiana are used to playing on TV.

Haha, we are never going to just accept being second fiddle. Those days are over.
FTR, A&M has a winning record against Texas the last 30 years. Most people don't realize that

Kinda like Auburn over Bama? (I'm guessing, that may not be right)

Texas has one.
Would you like to compare your record against us? You can pick the year you wish to start.

Oh good, a team that Arkansas can talk down to. That's just what the SEC needs.

Or conference titles. Or national titles.
